Biography - Glenn Nickerson
Glenn Nickerson has spent over the last decade traveling the world working on national, and in one case international television shows. He recently won a National Daytime Emmy for a show that he directed, shot, edited and wrote. Along with working on
television shows he also worked on commercials as a Director of Photography. Last year he decided to leave his workplace of eleven years to build his own business where he still does commercial work and program development. Weddings weren't even a consideration until he shot one for a friend and realized what he had stumbled across. Story telling had always been the biggest part of what he enjoyed about the programs he had worked on in the past, and every wedding has a story. And that's exactly what is missing in the wedding industry.
His experienced background and easy going personality are a perfect combination for the wedding industry. Not to mention, he truly enjoys what he does and the people he works with. Even though he's worked for shows like Oprah, ET, Jack Hanna's Into the Wild, and Discovery Kids' Adventure Camp, he really appreciates every wedding and the uniqueness that comes with them. "Everybody has an interesting story, it's really a matter of being perceptive enough to pick up on it" and that's what he specializes in.
